"how long" displays three estimated times:
1. feed-process: the time it takes to process your data-feed with an outcome of "success."
2. state-change: the time it takes to have all your items acquire the status "published and searchable" and, if applicable, pass product migration.
3. first-time approval: the time it takes to have a new feed approved by someone from google.
